How so? There were 50 people entered. 13 of those people had 2+ entries which raised the number of entries to 69. I used Excel, everyone got a number, or numbers, used random.org's random number generator and found the winner.
Wouldn't the first person get numbers 1-3 the second person get numbers 4 and 5, or are the numbers next to each person's name on your spreadsheet not indicative to the number of entries submitted?
Everyone got one entry in the excel file 1-50, than 50-69 were the multiple entries. Since the number was completely random the order of the entries did not matter.
Doesn't that defeat the purpose of multiple entries?
