  4. Most memorable workout: one of our 3x2500 workouts for rowing. Got off the erg after the second piece to go throw up outside, then went faster on the last one. Amazing what motivation from teammates can do...

  5. Clint Houchens: My most memorable race would be the 2011 Racine Ironman 70.3. This was my first HIM and it was over 100degrees. I learned more about racing in that race that I did in all my races prior. It was a brutally hot day and i learned that the 4th discipline (nutrition) is key to success in any race. I also learned that you have to be prepared for what the day gives you and you have to be willing to surrender to it.

  6. Corey Masalewicz:Today was kinda memorable when I was chased down by a cattle dog from about a 1/4 mile out flying across the road while I was pushing 20mph+ on Hwy 67 N. Dang that dog was fast so much that the dude behind me in a mini van rolled his window down and said Holy Crap did you see that dog was flying at you and gave me a thumbs up for a close escape! lol
